14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@videomind.aiwith your account email and the reason for the request. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within the 14-day window.
- Refunds apply to the most recent billing period only.
- Accounts found to violate our terms may not be eligible.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
