VideoMind AI provides AI-generated analysis, summaries, and insights derived from video content you submit or link to. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided for informational purposes only.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by VideoMind AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit. See our Copyright Policy for details on how we handle rights and takedown requests.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. Please review our AI Disclaimer for important limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoMind AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
